Shop Penn is thrilled to welcome Blank Street to the University of Pennsylvania’s retail district. Founded in New York City in 2020, Blank Street is a coffee and matcha brand redefining the industry in real time.
Opening at 3603 Walnut Street, the new location marks Blank Street’s first in Philadelphia. The café brings a thoughtfully curated lineup of globally sourced coffee and specialty matcha beverages, such as the fan favorite Strawberry Shortcake Matcha and the Shaken Vanilla Bean Cold Brew Latte.
Vinay Menda, Co-Founder and US Managing Director of Blank Street said, “We’re excited to be getting closer than ever to the UPenn community. At approximately 3,500 square feet, this will be one of our largest U.S. cafés, giving us the opportunity to invest deeply in design and bring an elevated, hospitality-forward experience to the neighborhood.”
